Claymation Ads

    Lock the cast and story

    The skill reads your brand, picks the story variation for the product category, then locks a cast-and-continuity sheet plus an 8-beat narrated arc, from everyday setup to a confident resolution. This is the one mandatory approval gate, and script edits are free.

    Sculpt the storyboard

    One hand-sculpted plasticine still per beat with gpt-image-2, generated sequentially and each anchored on the prior approved still so the character's face holds across all eight beats. It verifies real clay (thumbprints, tool marks, matte eyes) before anything animates.

    Bring the clay to life

    Each approved still animates into smooth clay motion with Gemini Omni Flash, with anti-smoothing constraints on every prompt so the sculpt never drifts into glossy 3D. Seedance 2.0 is the approved fallback for a controlled transformation reveal.

  4. 4

    Feature the product as a clay prop

    The real product photo rides along as a reference and is re-sculpted into a matte, hand-painted clay prop on the discovery, transformation, and resolution beats, with the exact label copied. Never a photoreal bottle composited into a clay set.

    Narrate and score

    One warm storyteller voiceover carries all eight beats and a gentle instrumental bed sits under it, generated in-platform and mixed over the clay foley with sidechain ducking so the voice always reads.

Honest limits

What to watch for.

  • Clay smoothing is the constant fight: video models drift sculpted clay toward glossy 3D mid-clip. The prompts guard it hard, but weak clips get re-rolled.
  • Identity can drift across beats. The fix is regenerating that still on the prior anchor, not the motion prompt.
  • Product label text garbles when the prop is small or the scene is busy. Keep the clay bottle large and close on the product beats.
  • One simple action per beat. Complex two-handed manipulation warps.
  • The narrator is one of five xAI voices, picked once and held across the whole ad, not a specific voice cast.
